About Full Schedule
We built Full Schedule around a simple idea: dental offices should not have to choose between taking care of patients in front of them and following up with the patients who still need care.
Full Schedule exists for practices that know recall and treatment follow-up matter, but do not have enough uninterrupted time to keep both moving well every week.
We work inside the systems dental teams already use. We coordinate patient outreach under the office's name, book appointments directly in the PMS, and leave notes clear enough that an office manager can understand what changed in a quick review.
That means less list drift, fewer handoffs, and a steadier workflow for practices that want outside support to feel useful rather than noisy.
What matters in the day-to-day
These are the habits we keep because they make the service easier for dental teams to trust.
Respect for the patient relationship
Patients hear the same steady, well-trained voice a great office team would offer: clear, kind, and never rushed.
US-based support professionals who know dental workflows
Dental-experienced support professionals understand recall cadence, treatment reactivation, and the follow-up habits that help offices stay on track.
HIPAA as routine practice
Privacy and data handling are part of the job, not an afterthought added once the work gets busy.
Reporting that earns its keep
We measure the output that matters to an office manager: appointments booked, production scheduled, and follow-up left to do.
