Fulfillment Policy

Full Schedule's Fulfillment Policy

Service Initiation:

  • Service will begin immediately upon agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Full Schedule Platform User Agreement.
  • There is no fixed-term contract, and Dental Offices can cancel the service at any time.

Service Delivery:

  • Full Schedule Inc. provides ongoing outsourced dental services to assist in filling Dental Schedules.
  • Service delivery includes appointment scheduling, database management, and other support services as outlined in the service tiers: Essential, Plus, and Advanced.
  • Each service tier guarantees a minimum number of scheduled appointments or production value per month.

Monthly Performance and Adjustments:

  • Essential: $875 per month for 20 scheduled appointments or $10,000 in monthly production value.
    • If fewer than 20 appointments are scheduled, a discount of $15 per missed appointment will be applied.
  • Plus: $1,275 per month for 30 scheduled appointments or $20,000 in monthly production value.
    • If fewer than 30 appointments are scheduled, a discount of $20 per missed appointment will be applied.
  • Advanced: $1,675 per month for 40 scheduled appointments or $30,000 in monthly production value.
    • If fewer than 40 appointments are scheduled, a discount of $25 per missed appointment will be applied.
  • Each service tier includes database cleanup by inactivating up to 10 patients per month and soliciting new client referrals.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Dental Offices may cancel the service at any time without penalty by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].
  • There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Billing and Payment:

  • Payment for services is due at the end of each month based on the service tier and the performance metrics achieved.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Invoices will be provided to Dental Offices via email.

Customer Service:

  • For any questions or concerns regarding your service, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (MST).

Data Management:

  • As part of the service, we will manage the Dental Office's database, including the inactivation of up to 10 patients per month who no longer wish to visit the office and the solicitation of new client referrals.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. If a Dental Office is not satisfied with the service provided, they should contact our customer service team within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • We will work with the Dental Office to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a follow-up service at no additional cost.

Acceptance and Agreement:

  • By utilizing our services, Dental Offices agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy available on our website.
  • YOU AGREE TO THIS FULFILLMENT POLICY, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, BY CREATING A FULL SCHEDULE ACCOUNT, BY USING THE SITE OR PLATFORM, OR BY PURCHASING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN DO NOT CREATE A FULL SCHEDULE ACCOUNT, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR PLATFORM, AND DO NOT PURCHASE, ACCESS, OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES.
